NYPD Searching For Two Suspects Who Allegedly Shot 35-Year-Old Deli Co-Owner Killing Him Inside Staten Island Store

New York City police are searching for two suspects after a deli worker was shot dead during an alleged robbery Saturday night.
Surveillance video released by the NYPD shows two suspects approaching the Manor Deli and Convenience store at 444 Manor Road in the Castleton Corners neighborhood of Staten Island. They look inside but do not enter.
The suspects can be seen returning to the store with masks and a bag shortly before 8 p.m. Saturday. They can be seen fleeing in a red Jeep Cherokee.
Employee Bassam Khateeb, 35, was shot in the chest and transported to the hospital, but died of his injuries, police said.
According to police, the suspects fled toward New Jersey on the Staten Island Expressway.
Police are asking anyone with information to come forward or submit an anonymous tip.
