NYPDnews: The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the unidentified male who is seen in the attached photos and video and is sought in connection with an assault within the confines of the 10th Precinct. Details are as follows:
It was reported to police that on Sunday, April 24, 2022 at 0850 hours, in the vicinity of 9th Avenue and West 19th Street, the victim, a 68-year-old Asian female, was crossing the street when she was approached by an unidentified male who punched her in her torso and caused her to fall to the ground. The unidentified male fled on foot. The victim, who suffered back pain and bruised ribs, was transported in stable condition to Lenox Health Greenwich Village Hospital. The investigation by the NYPD Hate Crime Task Force is ongoing.
